April 2025

This is going to be a busy month here at That Northern Printer. I have been learning some new print skills and recently I have been focusing on screenprints. I looking to add some of these into the shops, I will be doing just a 10 print run-off on them.

On Saturday 26th April I will vending at The Makers Market, Friagate Preston. I'm hoping that I will meet some existing and new customers.

I will also be taking some time of this month for some relaxation and family time.

DIY Cyanotype Kits

I have curated a few of the cyanotype DIY boxes. These will be available on Etsy and Folksy from Tuesday 25th March, these will be listed for £23.99 plus postage.

It will include:
6 sheets of varying pre-coated cyanotype paper (within a light protective bag) .
4 pegs
1 A5 acetate sheet
1 A5 cardboard sheet
Instructions
A few items to get you started (these will vary)

This will be relived in a small brown box roughly larger than A5 size and will contain everything you will need. However you could also use your own items or pressed botanicals to create your images.

They are perfect gifts for most adults and children.

Suitable for ages 6+ - Keep small parts and bags away from children and i would advise supervising while doing the activity.

If you need any help or have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. It would be nice if you share your creations on instagram: @thatnorthernprinter.

Penwortham, Mini Market

19/11/2024

On Tuesday the 19th November I was vending at Penwortham Mini Market. This market runs every second Tuesday of the month. There was a large selection of venders from wood based crafts, kniting and crochet decorations, candles, skincar and personalised work. Although this market was a quieter weekday market, it is set in a central community center and is open 11:00 - 15:00. The next market here will be on the 17th December, I do also believe there are a couple of opening for venders. If you would like to vend please pop me an email and I will forward you details on.
